This Italian bistro project was a rare foray into commercial construction for Waterford. Transforming the 5500 square feet of space into a restaurant for the first time in an aggressive time frame was a challenge.
But when the time came, the exposed ventilation was in place, the original brick walls were exposed and the wall of wine storage were ready for business!
