This charming guest house needed a gut renovation to transform it from a recording studio to a tranquil retreat for guests of this Toluca Lake property. The nearly 1600 square-foot masonry structure required significant structural repairs
before interior construction could begin. With interior designer, Charmean Neithart, the design called for the finest quality materials and architectural details to give the space a comfortable elegance.
