This custom new residence was a delightful project with a delightful outcome. This 7000 square foot Shingle Style home is situated on a rare double lot in San Marino. Another project with Charmean Neithart where the interior details abound from built-in cabinetry to tongue-and-groove trussed ceilings to window seats beneath a bay window.
The 1800 square foot basement adds a home theater, laundry and guest bedroom with natural light supplied from a clever light well. This was another project delivered right on schedule so this young family could enjoy the pool, cabana, outdoor kitchen and park-like lawn in time for summer.
